Our staff has received much praise for the service they offer and their “can do attitude”. Our simple but authentic Sri Lankan food focuses seasonally on what we have in our garden or in the area. The menu is supplemented with Western and Sri Lankan cuisine and the staff will always explore options with you, doing their best to cater to your own unique palette.

Overlooking an abundance of trees and one of the two ponds in the garden, this room is quite private from the rest of the Villa. This cosy room has a queen size bed, well equipped bathroom and its own private terrace with garden furniture.

Two spacious and identical rooms with comfortable king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms, large built-in wardrobes and polished floors. The big glass windows expand the room onto the garden and sit-out furniture.

Superior large room with bigger than king size bed, open views from all four sides to the garden and the Knuckles Mountain Range. Equipped with a large en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobe, and a sofa set out on a wooden floor.

The second fastest, and most scenic way to get to the Glasshouse! The train from Colombo to Kandy is available everyday. The green and dark red engine made in Canada made its maiden voyage in 1961 and is still going strong!
A scenic 4 hour drive from Colombo. The winding road up from Kadugannawa and the scenery through it is mesmerizing! You could hire a cab from Uber, Pickme and Kangaroo, etc. or we can arrange a car for you at your request.
